  • 2-hour venue walkthrough, rehearsal or final logistics meeting

  • Review of suppliers, timings and key wedding-day details

On the day – 8 hours

  • Wedding-day coordination from start to finish

  • Supplier and vendor coordination

  • Timeline management

  • Liaising and coordinating with your venue 

  • Keeping the ceremony and reception running to schedule

  • Troubleshooting and managing unexpected details

  • Supporting the bridal party, family and key people throughout the day

  • Making sure the plans you've spent months creating come together​

 

Total coordination time: 12 hours​

 

Additional hours:

$80 per hour​

 

Travel

An additional travel fee of $1.00/km applies for weddings located 50km or more from Dubbo.

10-hour wedding day

Your investment – $1,100

 

For weddings with a longer reception, multiple moving parts or a full day of celebrations.​

Before the wedding:

  • 2-hour wedding runsheet preparation with you and correspondence with your vendors

  • 2-hour venue walkthrough, rehearsal or final logistics meeting

  • Review of suppliers, timings and key wedding-day details

On the day – 10 hours

  • Everything included in the 8-hour package

  • Extended wedding-day coordination

  • Additional coverage for longer receptions, later finishes or more complex timelines

Total coordination time: 14 hours

Venue management

Your investment – $50/hr

For venue owners who need a trusted, experienced coordinator on the ground while they're away or unavailable. Ash Coordinates can step in to manage your property and act as your point of contact for clients, suppliers and event-day logistics.​

 

Support includes:

  • Property walkthroughs

  • Client meetings (if applicable)

  • Supplier access and coordination

  • Venue opening and closing

  • Event-day oversight

  • Checking the property’s security before and after events

  • Troubleshooting issues as they arise

  • Communicating with clients and suppliers

  • Making sure venue requirements are followed

Wedding run sheet development or full event day planning not included.

Event management 

Your investment – $1,100

From private celebrations and milestone birthdays to corporate functions, launches and everything in between, Ash Coordinates takes care of the moving parts so hosts can actually enjoy their event.

Before the event

  • Assistance sourcing and booking the right venue

  • Event planning and logistics

  • Runsheet preparation and timeline coordination

  • Supplier liaison and confirmation

  • Venue walkthrough and event logistics check

  • Planning bump-in, setup and pack-down requirements

  • Coordination with entertainment, AV and event suppliers

On the day

  • Bump-in and setup coordination

  • Supplier arrivals and direction

  • Sound checks and AV coordination

  • MC briefing and management

  • Coordinating transitions between speeches, entertainment, meals and key moments

  • Liaising with the venue, suppliers and key guests

  • Troubleshooting issues as they arise

  • Bump-out and pack-down coordination

  • Being the go-to person throughout the event
